Lawrence Smoler is Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Two Bridges Capital Partners, LLC where he has been involved in all phases of the firm’s development since inception in early 2014. Mr. Smoler heads the firm’s current investment initiatives. Lawrence focuses on sourcing investment opportunities and developing new joint venture relationships; he is also responsible for all investment management and corporate decisions. He has more than 28 years of experience in real estate; he has extensive knowledge of all facets of real estate investment and ownership, including acquisitions, development, finance, dispositions, leasing and management.

Through leadership positions at both large institutions and private money managers, Lawrence was involved in the sourcing and production of over $5 billion in JV equity origination and direct acquisitions. Over his uniquely diverse career he oversaw both debt and equity portfolios from distressed to core, domestic and international, comprised of most properties types with aggregate value of over $25 billion. Lawrence spent the majority his career in leadership roles at Torchlight, MetLife (Equity Real Estate Investments) and CBRE.

Lawrence has a Masters in Real Estate Investment and Finance from NYU and a BA in Economics from Binghamton University. Lawrence serves as treasurer and founding board member for Fostering Change for Children.

Larry Santoro is Managing Director and leads the capital markets effort by interfacing with investors, lenders, and partners. Larry's main focus is to source capital partners for Two Bridges Capital Partners, LLC, and obtain appropriate senior, mezzanine or equity financing for our partners and for the underlying investments.

From 1985 through 2013, Larry held various progressive positions ending with Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. and C&Co/PrinceRidge LLC, a startup investment bank. Larry spent his career in Institutional Debt Sales/Structured Finance/Capital Markets focusing on a wide range of products and closing billions in transactions while covering a diverse and international client base.

From 1979 to 1985 Larry was an associate at the Law firm of Costello & Shea, Esqs. where he specialized in litigation.  Larry is admitted to the practice of Law in the State of New York and has a Juris Doctorate from St. john's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from The John Hopkins University.
